摘要
目的研究乳糖酶对婴幼儿腹泻病继发乳糖不耐受的治疗效果。方法研究时段:2018年6月-2019年4月,选取本院婴幼儿腹泻病继发乳糖不耐受患儿(n=90)作为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同分类:对照组(n=45,进行常规治疗),观察组(n=45,采用乳糖酶治疗),对比两组的治疗效果、腹泻和吐奶次数、体质量变化及临床症状评分。结果治疗效果观察组显著高于对照组[95.56%(43/45)vs.82.22%(37/45)](P<0.05);腹泻和吐奶频率观察组显著少于对照组,且观察组患儿的体质量较对照组也有显著的上涨(P<0.05);临床症状比较观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿腹泻病继发乳糖不耐受采用乳糖酶治疗效果显著,有效减少腹泻次数,增加体质量,缓解临床症状。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of lactase on lactose intolerance secondary to infantile diarrhea.Methods From June 2018 to April 2019,infants with diarrhea secondary lactose intolerance in our hospital(n=90)were divided into control group(n=45,routine treatment)and observation group(n=45,lactase treatment).The therapeutic effects,diarrhea and vomiting of the two groups were compared.Frequency,weight change and clinical symptom score.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group[95.56%(43/45)vs.82.22%(37/45)](P<0.05);the frequency of diarrhea and lactation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the weight of the children in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactase is effective in treating secondary lactose intolerance of infantile diarrhea.It can effectively reduce the frequency of diarrhea,increase body weight and relieve clinical symptoms.
