摘要
目的:探析对行鼻内镜下手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者进行围手术期临床路径护理工作的具体方法策略以及效果。方法:按照随机选取的方式将我科室在2015年2月~2017年2月所收治的100例行鼻内镜下手术的鼻窦炎患者作为此次临床研究的主要对象;男性患者58人,女性患者42人;年龄范围14~60岁,平均年龄32±5.23岁;且根据患者的入院顺序将其划分为对照组与观察组两个小组,其中对照组患者50人,采取常规护理模式;观察组患者50人,采取临床路径护理模式;在两组护理工作结束后,分析两组患者在手术后的并发症发生率情况以及患者的满意度。结果:在护理工作结束后,明显发现观察组患者在术后并发症发生率、患者满意度方面的评分情况显著高于对照组,且两组患者的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于行鼻内镜下手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者而言,如果给予围手术期临床护理路径不仅可以明显降低患者的并发症发生率,更能进一步推动患者满意度的提升,使得医院的好评度实现质的飞跃,其值得在临床工作中被更为深入地推广与运用。
Objective: To explore the specific methods, strategies and effects of perioperative nursing for patients with sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: according to the random selection of the Department in February 2015 from ~2017 in February 100 cases of nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with sinusitis as the main object of this clinical study; 58 male patients, 42 female patients; age range 14~60 years, mean age 32 + 5.23 years old; and it will be divided into control group and the observation group of two groups of patients according to the order of admission, the control group of 50 patients who received conventional nursing, patients in the observation group; 50, take clinical path nursing mode; in the two group of nursing work after the end of the two groups of patients with the incidence and satisfaction of patients in the postoperative complications. Results: after the end of nursing work, the score of postoperative complications and patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: the surgical treatment of nasal endoscopic sinusitis patients, if given perioperative clinical nursing path can not only significantly reduce the incidence of complications in patients, more patients will further enhance the satisfaction, the hospital received the degree to achieve a qualitative leap, it is worth in clinical work is more in-depth and promotion the use of.
