摘要
目的:探讨通过标准化流程管理,提高对手术患者接送关键环节的质量控制,达到手术患者接送流程安全高效。方法:利用品管圈等标准化管理工具,分析手术患者接送关键环节,制定标准化的工作流程,并严格地贯彻落实。结果:实施手术患者接送的标准化流程管理,完善了管理流程,提高了工作效率,确保手术患者准时到达率>99%.患者接送重点交接项目100%落实。结论:通过对手术患者接送实施标准化流程管理,提高了接送患者效率及质量。
