摘要
目的探讨专人监管执行集束化方案对急诊入院患者院内规范转运交接中的应用效果。方法选取武汉大学中南医院急诊科收治入院的危重患者828例作为研究对象,其中2017年8月入院的设为对照组(460例),实施集束化管理,元组长监管;2017年10月入院的作为观察组(368例),实施集束化管理,有组长监管,比较2组患者规范交接落实率及患者满意度。结果组长监管组(观察组)规范交接落实率为99.20%(365/368),无组长监管组(对照组)规范交接落实率为40.22%(185/460),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。组长监管组(观察组)患者满意度为97.44%,无组长监管组(对照组)患者满意度为92.85%,实验组平均满意度增加。结论专人监管执行集束化管理方案,可以有效提高急诊转运交接的规范率和患者平均满意度。
objective To investigatethe effect of supervised bundle care on regulatedtransfer handover of hospitalized patients from emergency department (ED).Methods In total,828 hospitalized patients with triage level Ⅰ and Ⅱ fromED on August and October of year 2017 were enrolled in this study,of which 460 patients on August were assigned into control group without supervised bundled care.and 368 patients on October were regarded as observation group with supervised bundle care.We compared the rate of regulated transfer handover and satisfaction of patients. Result Rate of regulated transfer handover in the observation group with supervision (99.20%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (40.22%)(P <0.001).Satisfaction of the observation group with supervision is 97%, while the satisfaction of the control group is 92.85%(P <0.001).the mean satisfaction increased in the observation group.Conclusion Supervised bundle care can effectively improve the rate of standard transfer handover and the mean satisfaction in the emergency department.
