摘要
目的:探讨标准化护理配合程序在辅助生殖手术室的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月于韶关市妇幼保健院行辅助生殖相关手术的520例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和标准化组,各260例。常规组实施常规护理,标准化组在对照组基础上应用标准化护理配合程序。比较两组护理效果。结果:标准化组护理满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。入院时,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术前1 h,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于入院时,且标准化组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1 h,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于入院时、术前1 h,且标准化组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。标准化组不良事件总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:标准化护理配合程序在辅助生殖手术室的应用效果显著,可提高患者护理满意度,缓解负性情绪,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized nursing cooperation procedures in assisted reproductive surgery room.Methods:A total of 520 patients who underwent assisted reproductive surgery at Shaoguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a conventional group and a standardized group according to random number table method,with 260 patients in each group.The conventional group received conventional nursing,while the standardized group implemented standardized nursing cooperation procedures on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction score in the standardized group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).At admission,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);At 1 h before operation,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those at admission,and the scores in the standardized group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);At 1 h after operation,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those at admission and 1 h before operation,and the scores in the standardized group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the standardized group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing cooperation procedures in assisted reproductive surgery room has a significant effect,which can improve patients'nursing satisfaction,alleviate negative emotions,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
