摘要
目的 探讨被动吸烟对孕鼠的影响和胎儿宫内发育迟缓的可能发病机制。 方法 以单位的烟尘分别给雌性大白鼠经口染毒 19d后 ,计算死胎、吸收胎发生率及胎儿出生体重 ,测定母鼠血清中一氧化氮 (NO)水平。 结果 表明实验组的胎儿宫内发育迟缓 (IUGR)、死胎、吸收胎发生率高于对照组 ;实验组的母鼠血清 NO水平明显低于对照组。 结论 被动吸烟导致孕鼠体重减轻和胚胎死亡率上升 ,增加
Objective The influence and pathogenesis of passive smoking to embryo development of female rats are discussed. Methods After female Wistar rats are caught unit soot in mouth in nineteen days, dead embryo and suck fetus rate are counted, fetal birth weight and nitric oxide in blood serum of female rats are determined. Result Experimental results show that the number of dead embryo, suck fetus rate and intrauteral growth retardation (IUGR) in experimental group is higher than that of contrast nature group, and nitric oxide in blood serum of female rats in experimental group is lower than that of contrast nature group. Conclusion Passive smoking can bring on drop of female rats avoirdupois and rise of embryo death rate, and increases pathogenesis rate of IUGR.
