摘要
〔目的〕针对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。测定高钙食品中铅时钙的基体干扰情况 ,采用磷酸二氢铵 -氯化钯作混合基体改进剂 ,提高灰化温度和原子化温度 ,减少灰化阶段中铅的损失和原子化阶段的气相干扰。〔方法〕用仪器自动进样 ,分别加入基体改进剂 :磷酸二氢铵、氯化钯和磷酸二氢铵 -氯化钯 ,改变灰化温度或原子化温度 ,测定不同钙离子浓度条件下铅的吸光度 ,并比较它们消除干扰的程度。〔结果〕根据测定的回收率及背景吸收值 ,确定磷酸二氢胺 -氯化钯作基体改进剂 ,发现它消除钙对铅的干扰效果较为理想。〔结论〕用选定的混合基体改进剂 ,测定标准物中铅的含量结果符合其标准 ;对照纯水溶液和含 0 5 %Ca的铅标准溶液曲线斜率较为一致 ,说明测铅时加入基体改进剂能消除食品中含钙 (5 % )
Objective Aim to study the method of GFAAS In order to study the matrix interference by Calcium for determination of Plumbum in high-calcium food, the Ammonium phosphate monobasic-palladium chloride(NH 4H 2PO 4-PdCl 2) is used as mixed matrix modifier It improves the ash temperature and atomization temperature and reduces the loss in ash stage and the interference of gas phase in atomization stage 〔Method〕The matrix modifiers (NH 4H 2PO 4、PdCl 2、NH 4H 2PO 4-PdCl 2) were added respectively by auto-sampler Absorbency of plumbum is mensurated under different concentrations of Calcium ion and the effects for elimination of matrix interference are compared, when the ash temperature or the atomization temperature is changed 〔Results 〕(NH 4)H 2PO 4-PdCl 2 is choice as matrix modifier, and the elimination of interference by Calcium in determination of Plumbum has obtained satisfactory results 〔Conclusion〕 The measured results of standard material are in range of standard value by the (NH 4)H 2PO 4-PdCl 2 In addition, the standard curve slope of the pure water is almost identical to that of the solution containing 0 5 percent Calcium The result shows the background interference, which the content of Calcium is up to 5 percent, can be eliminated
