摘要
为建立一种快速测定小麦面粉中微量镉的新方法,以南阳彩色小麦为材料,在密闭容器中用微波压力快速消解样品,用离子选择性电极浓度直读法快速测定样品中的镉,将试验结果与国标方法对照测试并进行显著性检验。结果表明,该新方法具有直观、快速、简便、灵敏、准确、适于现场进行测定的显著优点。
A uew determination method of trace cadmium in wheat was set up. Nanyang grey wheat, blue wheat, common violet wheat and viotet durum wheat were selected as the materials. Cadmium-selective electrode with direct reading concentration method was adopted and compared with Chinese standard to determine trace cadmium in Nanyang color wheat, after samples were digested by high-pressure microwave.This method was directly observable, quick, simple and sensitive.
