摘要
微波压力快速消解样品,原子吸收法(AAS)测定灰色、紫色、蓝色等南阳彩色小麦新品种资源中的K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Co,Cr和Pb等10种矿质元素的含量.结果表明,硬质紫麦中K,Mg,Zn,Mn的含量相对较高,Pb含量相对较少;蓝麦中Ca,Cr和Fe的含量相对较高;Cu,Co的含量各品种相差不大.南阳彩麦与普通小麦中部分矿质元素的平均含量相比,南阳彩麦的K,Mg,Fe,Mn含量要远远高于普通小麦,Ca和Cu的含量相差无几,但Zn的含量显著低于普通小麦.
The K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Co, Cr and Pb contents in Nanyang color wheat were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry method and repid microwave digestion of the samples. The results showed that the contents of K, Mg, Zn, Mn in violet hard wheat were higher, and the content of Pb was lower; the contents of Ca, Cr and Fe in blue wheat were relatively higher; the contents of Cu,Co in each wheat were almost equal. The average contents of K, Mg, Fe and Mn in Nangyang color wheat were much higher than those in the ordinary wheat, the contents of Cu, Ca were almost equal, but the content of Zn was obviously lower.
