摘要
本实验是在过去工作的基础上进一步探讨DGAVP易化记忆巩固过程的突触机制。电镜观察小鼠大脑皮层体区和海马CA_3区的GrayⅠ型突触。结果表明:注射DGAVP后,除皮层突触小泡数量有减少外,突触前终球表面积和体积以及比表面均无明显改变;但突触后致密物质厚度在两个脑区都一致增大。提示突触后致密物质在DGAVP引起的突触可塑性变化中可能有某种重要的生理意义。
This experiment is the further investigation of the synaptic mechanism of DGAVP facilitating memory consolidation on the basis of previous studies. Gray's type I synapses in the somatic region of cerebral cortex and CA_3 region of hippocampus were observed by electron microscopy. The results showed that there were no significant changes in the surface area and volume of presynaptic boutons after administration of DGAVP, in addition to the decrease of the amount of synaptic vesicles in the cortex, whereas the thickness of postsynaptic density was increased in the two brain regions of mice treated with DGAVP. These observations suggested that postsynaptic density might be of a certain importance in the DGAVP-induced synaptic plasticity for physiological events.
