摘要
人力资本的获取与管理是高新技术企业成功的关键。随着企业全面质量管理、组织弹性化及扁平化、流程再造、学习型组织、组织精简及整合等企业管理热潮的兴起和发展 ,人力资本的职能确认与发展成为高新技术企业人力资本管理的中心工作 ,高新技术企业的特征和人力资本的内涵也对企业人力资本提出了新的职能要求。主动进取、团队沟通与合作、逻辑推理与分析和成就导向成为高新技术企业人力资本的基本职能要求。
Human capital is the key of high-tech enterprise's success. As the theory of enterprise management is developing, the identity and the training of the human capital's competence is becoming a key work in enterprise. The focus of management in high-tech enterprise is to improve people's competence. Initiative,team cooperation and communication,logical reasoning and analysis achievement drive are the fundament requirement of high-tech enterprise management.
