摘要
对高技术产业发展中涉及到的几个相关概念予以界定 ;阐述了面对 2 1世纪高新技术发展新特征 ,与发达国家相比 ,我国在高技术产业发展中存在的问题 ;针对我国实际从产业政策。
This article first defines several concepts concerning the developncent of high tech industry. Then it sets forth the new features about it in the 21st century. Compared with the developed countries, there still exists some problems in our country. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures according to our reality,mainly these points: industry policy, the new ideas in technology and industry structure, etc.
