摘要
用免疫荧光标记流式细胞仪分析人肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)、区域淋巴结淋巴细胞(RNL)、PBL和脾细胞(SPC)的细胞组成、IL-2受体(IL-2R)表达水平及其经rIL-2孵育后的变化,发现肿瘤病人淋巴细胞CD_4^+/CD_3^+比值普遍低于对照组(P<0.001),Tac抗原表达增加,IL-2培养中大多数个体生长的是CD_3^+细胞,对照组则为CD_4^+细胞,Tac抗原表达于第2周末达高峰,此时B细胞完全消失。
We analysed the composition and expression of Tac of lymphocytes, including tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL),regional lymphod lymphocytes (RNL) , PBL and spleen cells (SPC) , separated freshly from pateints with malignancy, and their change when culturing in the medium containing rIL-2 every 7 days for 30 days. The majority composition of the four group lymphocytes were T(CD2, CD3) cell, comparing with control group the CD4/CD8 ratio was generally lower and the Tac-bearing cells were present. In vitro with expanding continuously in rIL-2 there was a concomitant increase in CD8^+ and pan T(CD2^+, CD3^+) population, but control group increased mainly CD4^+ population. At the two weekend the level of CD25^+ cell was up to the highst, at the same time B (CD20) cells was disappeared completely.
