摘要
本研究应用从小鼠S180癌性腹水分离诱导的TL瘤内注射与活的双歧杆菌腹腔内注射共同治疗荷S180实体瘤小鼠,结果表明单用TIL和TIL合用IL-2早期抑瘤效果,能延缓肿瘤的发生和发展,而晚期抑瘤效果尚不及单用双歧杆菌组。TIL与双歧杆菌、TIL、双歧杆菌及低剂量IL-2,荷瘤早、晚期抑瘤效果均较好,且毒副作用低,表明双歧杆菌有可能通过刺激机体产生内源性IL-2维持TIL的生物学活性从而协同TIL细胞在体内的杀瘤作用。本研究亦表明TIL中以CD+细胞为主,杀瘤活性有一定的MHC限制。
In this study,bifidobacterium combined with TILs(tumorinfiltrating lympho-cytes)induced from S180 carcinomic was used to trest mice bearing S180 solid tumor. Bifidobac-teria were given intraperitoneally, TILs were injected into tumor-attacking position local-ly. It found that in early period, TILs ,TILs combined with IL-2 exhibited good anti-tu-mor effect,retarding tumor incidence and development;while in advanced period ,their anti-tumor were inferior to that of bifidobacteria. We also found that TILs with bifidobacteria,TILa bifidobacteria with small dose of IL-2(100/mouse)exhibited excellent anto -tumor effect in both early and advanced periods
