摘要
选用180只1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为1个对照组和1个试验组。研究在低有效磷日粮中添加黑曲霉AsN1980植酸酶干曲对肉仔鸡生长性能及磷利用的影响。研究结果表明,植酸酶对肉鸡生长和饲料中磷利用率有明显促进作用。料肉比减少0.233～0.256,磷的利用率提高7.63%～8.27%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。
The test was made with180a day-old AA broiler chickens randomly divided into one control group and one trial group to study the effect of AsN1980phytase on broiler growth performance and P utilization ?The study showed that supplemental phytase promote broilers growth by feed/weight rate decreased about0.233～0.256and it increased phosphorus utilization by7.63%～8.27% ,every one in trial group was superior to the control(P<0.05) ?
