摘要
选用500羽1日龄上海101商品黄鸡,在玉米—糠麸—菜、豆粕型日粮中分3个有效磷水平(1~28日龄,045%、036%、027%;29~60日龄,036%、029%、023%)添加植酸酶(400pu/kg),设5个处理,进行肉用仔鸡生长性能和磷利用效果的研究。结果表明:(1)不同有效磷水平日粮添加植酸酶,能提高体增重及饲料利用率。在玉米—糠麸—菜、豆粕日粮中添加植酸酶,受日粮有效磷水平影响,低磷日粮加植酸酶有较大的应答;(2)肉鸡生长性能的改善与肉鸡对磷、钙、锌利用率提高有关,饲喂添加植酸酶日粮的肉鸡血清磷、胫骨灰分、磷、钙、锌含量提高,植酸磷、总磷、钙的表观利用率得到改善;(3)低磷日粮添加植酸酶与标准磷日粮加或不加植酸酶的饲效相同。因此,肉鸡日粮中添加植酸酶可减少无机磷酸盐的添加量。
A 60-d experiment was conducted with 500 Shanghai 101 chickens of a day-old to evaluate the effect of supplemental phytase and varing levels of available phosphorus (Pav) on growth performance and phosphorus metabolism of broiler chicks The basal diet consisted of corn-wheat and rice bran-rapeseed and soybean meal, dietary treatments were: 1) 046-036% Pav; 2) Diet 1+400 u of phytase/kg of diet; 3) 036-029% Pav+400 u of phytase; 4) 027-023% Pav; 5) Diet 4+400 u of phytase The results obtained were as follows: (1) Adding phytase to diets with different levels of Pav improved body weight gains and feed conversion rate The response to phytase in corn-rice and wheat bran-rapeseed and soybean meal diets was influenced by dietary Pav level The magnitude of response was the greatest for the lowest-Pav diet (2) Improvement on growth performance for broilers was related to increased P, Ca or Zn availability Phytase supplementation to the diet increased contents of serum P and tibia ash, P, Ca, Zn and also improved the apparent digestibilities of TP and phytate P and Ca in broilers (3) Effect of supplemental phytase in the low-Pav diet tended to be similar to that resulting from feeding a diet containing the normal-Pav with or without phytase The inorganic phosphate added to broiler diets may be reduced or even replaced by supplemental phytase
