摘要
研究分析了高铝复杂青铜Cu 14%Al X合金铸件气孔的成因,指出了该合金熔炼时容易吸气并产生析出性气孔缺陷。通过工艺试验,总结了该高铝复杂青铜在非真空熔炼条件下的有效除气方法:共装法一次快速熔炼+吹氮(氩)+预脱氧+化学精炼+稀土终脱氧,确保获得含气量检验合格的合金液。同时,采用底注式半封闭式浇注系统可有效地避免合金浇注过程中的二次氧化和吸气现象的发生,有利于获得无气孔缺陷铸件。
The causes of gas holes in Cu14%AlX bronze castings were briefly studied.It is showed that the gases may be easily absorbed during melting the alloy and then precipitation defects of the gas hole occurred. Through plenty of the experiments, the most effective methods for gas extraction, i.e. jointlyloading stuffs melting way, blowing nitrogen(or argon), predeoxygen, chemically refining degas and rareearth eventual deoxygen have been summarized under unvacuum melting condition, all those are beneficial for acquiring eligible molten alloy. Companying with bottom and semiobturated pouring system to prevent the secondary oxides and inspiration from presenting helps to obtain castings without gas holes defects.
