摘要
研究了两种稀土金属La、Y的不同添加量和不同退火温度对纯铜性能的影响以及它们在铜中的分布。结果表明:添加适当的稀土可提高纯铜的电导率,无论Y还是La最佳添加量均为 0. 05wt%,且稀土Y的效果更好;退火温度对不同含量的Cu-RE合金的电导率影响有所不同,Cu-Y合金的电导率随退火温度的升高而升高;Cu-La合金退火后的电导率波动比较大;铸态纯铜的硬度随稀土的增加而增加。稀土与铜形成化合物,呈颗粒状分布在晶内,晶界处也有稀土富集。
The distributions of two rare earth elements namely lanthanum and yttrium in copper and their effects on the electrical conductivity and hardness have been studied. The results show that the REs are able to refine the structure of pure copper and the mechanisms have been discussed. The addition of 0.05wt % REs for both lanthanum and yttrium leads to the maximum electrical conductivity. Moreover, the variance in the electrical conductivity of copper with the content of REs under different annealing temperatures is studied. Yttrium shows greater improvement in the electrical conductivity than lanthanum does. The addition of REs increases the microhardness of casting pure copper. Analyses by X-ray diffraction and energy spectrum show that REs are distributed on grain matrix in the form of RE compound after annealing, some RE agglomerates are observed at grain boundaries.
