摘要
研究了微量稀土元素对电气化铁路接触线用Cu Cr Zr合金高温抗软化性能的影响及机理。结果表明 ,在Cu Cr Zr合金中加入微量稀土元素 ,可有效地提高合金的软化温度。在添加的稀土元素中 ,以混合稀土 (Ce +Y)对合金抗软化性能的改善最为显著 ,可将合金的软化温度提高 30~ 4 0℃。
The influence of rare earth elements on softening resistance of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy used in touching wire of electrization railway and its mechanism were researched.The results show that a trace of rare earth elements adding in Cu-Cr-Zr alloy can improve the softening temperature effectively,and of all the rare earth elements,the mixed rare earth elements Ce and Y can improve the softening resistance most remarkably,which can increase the softening temperature of 30~40℃.
