摘要
利用EMPA,XRD,SEM和电化学测试等研究手段对加硼70Cu-30Ni合金的组织、力学性能、耐蚀、耐磨蚀性能进行了系统的研究,结果表明,加硼后,70Cu-30Ni合金的强度提高,塑性略有下降;耐蚀性有一定程度的改善;耐磨蚀性能明显提高.
An attempt was made of to improve the mechanical properties but especially the corrosion resistance for 70Cu-30Ni alloy to marine supplies by trace of boron addition.Experiments of EMPA,XRD and SEM show that the strength of the alloy adding 0.005%-0.012%B may increase and the plasticity decreases somewhat. The improvement over the corrosion rate may be at a certain extent and of the corrosive wear rate quite obvious.
