铬青铜和铜铬锆热处理前后的显微组织 被引量:5

Microstructure of QCr0.5 and Cu-Cr-Zr alloys before and after heat treatment

摘要 采用高分辨的透射电子显微镜分析铬青铜和铜铬锆在固溶时效处理前后的显微组织。结果表明,铬青铜和铜铬锆合金在固溶时溶解于铜基体的强化相Cr在时效后弥散均匀分布在基体Cu上。铬与铜没有中间相或化合物形成,铜铬锆固溶时效处理后组织中的析出相要比铬青铜组织中的析出相尺寸小,铜铬锆晶界处偏聚的析出相尺寸也比铬青铜晶界处的析出相小,而且添加锆所构成的铜合金则有Cu5Zr相的析出。 Morphology,size,distribution and structure of precipitates which were precipitated from QCr0.5 and Cu-Cr-Zr alloys before and after solution and ageing treatment were studied by metallographic microscope and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the strengthening phase of chromium solutioned in copper matrix is peciptated and uniformly distributed in the copper matrix for the QCr0.5 alloy and Cu-Cr-Zr alloy after solution and aging heat treatment.No intermediate phases and compounds of Cu and Cr are observed,but the Cu5Zr phase is precipitated in the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy.The precipitated phases of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy in grains and at grain boundaries is finer than those of QCr0.5 alloy after solution and ageing treatment.
