摘要
分析研究了铍铝青铜铸件气孔的成因,指出,铍铝青铜熔炼时容易吸气并产生析出性气孔缺陷。通过工艺试验,总结出了铍铝青铜的有效除气方法——熔剂覆盖下真空熔炼并吹氮(氩)精炼;同时,提高铸件的冷却速度有助于抑制气泡的形成和消除气孔。文中,对不同工艺产生不同除气和消除气孔效果的原因。
The causes of gas holes in Be Al bronze castings were studied.It is showed that the gases may be easily absorbed in Be Al bronze alloy when melting and then precipitation defects of the gas holes occured.Through plenty of the experiments,the most effective methods for gas extraction in Be Al bronze alloy i.e.vacuum melting nuder fluxing and gas scavenging with bolwing N(or Ar),have been summarized.Besides increasing cooling rate will help to suppress the formation of gas holes.In this paper,the reasons why various techniques show different effect of degassing and reducing gas holes were analyzed in theory.
