三七茎叶颗粒饮片成型工艺设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 以三七茎叶浸膏粉为主要原料及用可溶性淀粉、麦芽糊精、柠檬酸、羧甲基纤维素等为辅料,用浓度为80%的乙醇做润湿剂,单因素实验结果是三七茎叶浸膏粉:可溶性淀粉:麦芽糊精:羧甲基纤维素为1:0.1:0.1:0.05的比例制成三七茎叶颗粒饮片颗粒分布均匀、色泽均匀、硬度好、溶化性好,柠檬酸比例为1:0.08时,制得的颗粒口味适中,完全溶解,沉淀少;单一辅料的抗吸湿性没有混合辅料的抗吸湿性好,混合辅料以三七茎叶浸膏粉:可溶性淀粉:羧甲基纤维素的配比为1:0.5:0.05制成的颗粒抗吸湿性好,稳定性实验进一步证明该比例的抗吸湿性好,制成的样品经包装后稳定。 The extract powder of notoginseng stem and leaf as main raw materials, using soluble starch,maltodextrin, citric acid, carboxymethyl cellulose as auxiliary materials, using 80% ethanol as a wetting agent. The optimum molding process by a single factor experiment was notoginseng stem and leaf extract powder: soluble starch: maltodextrin: carboxymethyl cellulose is 1:0.1:0.1:0.05 ratio to make notoginseng stem and leaf granules, the particles are evenly distributed, evenly colored, good in hardness and good in melting. When the ratio of citric acid is 1:0.08, the prepared granules have moderate taste, complete dissolution and less sedimentation. The anti-hygroscopicity of single excipients is not as good as that of mixed adjuvant, and the mixed excipients are prepared with notoginseng stem and leaf extract powder: soluble Starch: carboxymethyl cellulose by 1:0.5:0.05 ratio to make granules with good anti-hygroscopicity. In addition, the stability test further proves that this ratio is good in hygroscopicity, and the prepared sample can be stably maintained after being packaged.
