摘要
目的探讨4种中药固体制剂的吸湿特性。方法将胶囊内容物置于恒温变湿环境中,不同时间称定质量,并计算吸湿增重,对吸湿数据进行数学处理。结果采用过饱和溶液法,测定胶囊内容物吸湿时间曲线、吸湿等温曲线,并求算出吸湿方程、吸湿初始速度。结论吸湿特性参数可直接表征中药提取物的吸湿能力。
Objective To investigate the hygroscopicity of solid preparations for some traditional Chinese medicines. Methods The contents of granules were kept under condition of constant temperature and varible humidity,which were weighted at different time.The data of moisture absorption were calculated. Results The curve of moisture absorption equilibrium time and constant temperature of moisture absorption were determined by using supersaturated solution method.The parameters such as initial rate of moisture absorption and equation were calculated. Conclusion The specific parameters can directly show the ability of moisture absorption for extracts from traditional Chinese medicines.
