摘要
本文研究在不使用水泥情况下,利用工业废碱液激发固硫灰制备地聚物胶凝材料,使其与一定粒径的天然骨料拌和,制备新型的免蒸免烧路面透水砖。经过试验表明:使用地聚物胶凝材料26%~30%,天然骨料70%~74%时,在常温常压下振动成型,经过5小时100℃干热养护,所制备固硫灰透水砖的抗压强度和透水系数分别为26.2MPa和1.38×10^(-1)cm/s。
The permeable pavement bricks of free steaming unburned is made by which the material of polymer gel was made by fly ash of activating industrial slag without the use of any Portland cement as binder and by using natural gravel as the coarse aggregate. Following the procedures recommended by the test,the results showed that permeable pavement bricks that is made by material of polymer gel of 26%-30% and natural gravel of 70%-74% under normal temperature and pressure will obtain compressive strength of 26.2 MPa and permeability coefficient of 1.38×10^(-1) cm/s.
