摘要
采用催化氧化法处理陕北某煤化工企业乙烯废碱液中的高浓度硫化物,在实验室小试基础上在现场进一步研究了脱硫剂种类、投加量、反应温度、反应时间、曝气量及pH值对硫化物脱除的影响。结果表明,采用脱硫剂3且其投加量5‰,曝气量7 500 m3/h,在60~65℃下反应75 h时,硫化物的脱除率达96%。对硫化物的转化规律进行了初步研究。
Catalytic oxidization technology is used for removing sulfide from spent caustic of ethylene cracking and process flow and removal mechanism are introduced. On the basis of the optimization test in the laboratory experiment conditions,the variety of desulfurizer,dosing quantity,reaction temperature,reaction time,oxygen and pH value are further researched on the removal effect of sulfide on engineering application. Result is shown that the removal efficiency of S2-is up to 96% when the dosage of desulfurizer 3 is 5‰,aeration rate is 7 500 m3/h,reaction temperature is at 60 ~ 65 ℃ and reaction time is 75 h.Finally,the transformation rule of sulfide is studied.
