摘要
目前,互联网行业通过就业信息服务平台革新企业招聘和个人求职过程,并向相关企业和其他第三方提供用户数据。但共享用户数据会带来一系列隐私保护问题,本文结合就业信息服务平台的具体业务场景,根据国际标准化组织提出的隐私保护框架,深入分析就业信息服务平台在信息提供过程中,相应场景下用户数据隐私保护需求,设计了符合国际标准化组织制定的隐私保护原则的隐私保护架构,该架构能够根据就业信息服务平台实际的信息输出对象对数据进行不同程度的隐私保护,具有一定的参考价值。
Nowadays, the internet industry provides a fire-new recruitment method via the employment information service platform and shares job seekers' personal information with employers and other third parties. However, the sharing brings lots of problems about the protection of privacy. In accordance with the privacy frameworks proposed by the International Standardization Organization, this paper analyzes the circumstances of the service platform and its privacy protection demands, designs a privacy protection framework which conforms to the international standards. The framework designed in the paper can provide different levels of data privacy protection for different circumstances.
