The president of the library should be strict in following the five guide-lines:doing as what others are demanded,good at revoganiring the able persons and commissioning fully giving power to the workers,making great effort to pursuit innovation paying much attention to the inspiration of the workers.Becides,as the president of the library,one should have three responsibilities,outing as the superior in work,as the friend in life and as the example in oution.
