摘要
就如何当好大学图书馆馆长,从馆长要确立先进的办馆理念、馆长心中要有蓝图、馆长要讲究领导艺术、馆长自我形象的塑造等四个方面进行了探索。
The paper discusses the topic on how to be a qualified curator of university libraries from the following four aspects： a curator should establish advanced library-running concept, a curator should have a blueprint in mind, a curator should pay attention to the arts of leadership, self-image mold of a curator.
