摘要
阐述了滨州市枣品种中抗坏血酸含量的测定方法,并对结果进行比较,为引导广大农民种植和鉴别优良枣树品种提供了有关依据,同时也为其它品种果实抗坏血酸含量的测定探索出了一种简单、易行的方法.
The ascorbic acid content of date strains in Binzhou has been measured and compared.This can provide basis for the peasants to plant and distinguish fine date tree strains and a simple and easy means to measure the ascorbic acid content of other fruit strains has been found.
