持续干旱胁迫对7种绿化树种幼苗的生理影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为城市园林绿化的生产实践提供理论依据。[方法]选用一年生丁香、连翘、国槐、水蜡、红叶小檗、金叶莸、金叶女贞的苗木为试验材料,在土壤持续干旱胁迫下,对其叶绿素含量、质膜相对透性和脯氨酸含量进行测定与比较。[结果]随干旱胁迫程度的增加和时间的延续,7树种苗木叶片的叶绿素含量均呈明显下降趋势,下降幅度最大的是水蜡和丁香苗木叶片,下降幅度最小的是国槐和金叶莸苗木;质膜相对透性和脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,相对透性丁香苗木的增幅最大,国槐最小,脯氨酸含量国槐苗木的增幅最大,其次为红叶小檗,丁香的最小。[结论]7树种苗木的抗旱性由强到弱的顺序依次为:国槐>红叶小檗>金叶莸>金叶女贞>连翘>水蜡>丁香。 [ Objective ] The theoretical basis for the production practice of the urban landscape was provided. [ Method] The annual seedling such as clove, katsuratree, Japanese pagoda-tree, border privet, amur barberry, golden caryopteris and gloss privet being taken as experimental tree, the content of chlorophyll and proline, the permeability of plasma membrane were measured and compared under continued drought stress. [Results] With the strength of drought stress and the prolong of duration, the content of chlorophyll in the leaf of 7 seedlings showed a clear downward trend, and the largest drop was of border privet and clove;the smallest decrease was Japanese pagoda-tree and golden caryopteris. There was an upward trend in the content of praline and the permeability of plasma membrane, and in the relative permeadility, the largest value appeared in clove seedlings and the smallest value, Japanese pagodatree;in the content of praline the increasing order was Japanese pagoda-tree 〉 amur barberry clove. [Conclusion] The resistance of 7 species to drought stress front strong to weak was as follows: Japanese pagoda-tree 〉 amur barberry 〉 golden earyopteris 〉 gloss privet 〉 katsttratree 〉 border privet 〉 clove.
