摘要
本文讨论了电解有机溶液法制备类金刚石薄膜,对所得到的类金刚石薄膜的性质进行分析,并提出了初步的沉积机理。
In this paper, preparation of diamond-like carbon by electrolysis of organic solutions is discussed and the propeHies of diamond-like carbon films are analyzed. The mechanism of deposition is also proposed.
