摘要
介绍了酚醛树脂预聚体的合成原理、合成方法及实验步骤。以苯酚、甲醛为主要原料 ,合成了满足要求的酚醛树脂预聚体 (PFRFPS)。在此基础上 ,通过交联反应对聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM)分子结构进行改性 ,合成油田用聚合物驱油剂PRCD -1。性能评价实验表明 ,PRCD -1在抗温性、抗盐性及抗剪切稳定性方面均优于HPAM。岩芯驱油实验结果表明 ,PRCD -1与HPAM相比 ,可提高采收率 5~ 9个百分点。
Principle,method and experimental steps for synthesizing phenolaldehyde resin prepolymer were introduced.Phenolaldehyde resin prepolymer (PFRFPS) meeting the demands was synthesized from phenol and formaldehyde.The molecular structure of polyacrylamide (PAM) was modified and a kind of oil-displacement agent PRCD-1 containing PAM was prepared.The evaluation showed that PRCD-1 was better than HPAM in resistance to heat,resistance to salt and resistance to shear. Core displacement test showed that PRCD-1 could increase oil recovery by 5%~9% compared with HPAM.
