摘要
考察了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺/水溶性酚醛树脂交联体系的成胶特性,发现在聚合物浓度为1.0%时,随着交联剂浓度的增加,形成的凝胶的粘度增加,交联剂用量为0.5%,凝胶强度在30 min左右达到最高值;考察了温度、物料比等水溶性酚醛树脂的合成条件对最终凝胶体系粘度的影响,最佳反应温度为60℃,甲醛苯酚的最佳摩尔比为3:1;向甲醛-苯酚反应体系中加入其他酚类化合物做添加剂能够提高部分水解聚丙烯酰胺/酚醛树脂交联体系的粘度,其中间苯二酚的效果最好,最佳用量为1.0%,制备的凝胶体系稳定性强;采用添加有间苯二酚的水溶性酚醛树脂配制的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺/酚醛树脂交联体系与用柠檬酸铝、Ph6-1、Ph6-2等做交联剂的其他交联体系相比效果最好。
The gelation of polyacrylamide/phenolaldehyde resin gelling system was studied,and the results showed that under the 1.0%concentration of polyacrylamide,the viscosity of the gel rises along with the enhancement of the amount of cross-linker,the optimal amount of the cross-linker is 0.5%,and the optimal gelation time is 30 min.The synthesis conditions of phenolaldehyde resin was investigated,and it was found that the optimal reaction temperature is 60℃,the optimal molar ratio is 3:1.The additives to formaldehyde-phenol were screened,and the results showed the addictives can enhance the viscosity of the gel,in which resorcinol is the most efficient.In the further research,it was found the optimal amount of resorcinol is 1.0%of polyacrylamide,and the viscosity of the modified gel is stable and higher than gel systems prepared using aluminum citrate,Ph6-1 and Ph6-2 as cross-linkers.
