摘要
在油气开采中 ,常常需要在气井井口处向采气管线注入甲醇以抑制天然气水合物的生成 ,因注入的大部分甲醇与管线中游离水互溶 ,并在集气站中与天然气分离 ,由此便产生了气田含甲醇污水 ,这在国内油气田一般是不回收的。甲醇属毒性物质 ,甲醇污水的排放会影响环境 ,即便在荒郊野外也不允许 ,必须进行无公害化处置。长庆气田第一天然气净化厂甲醇回收装置是我国油气田中第一套工业化的生产装置 ,文章介绍了该装置的设计与生产实践情况 ,并对气田含甲醇污水处理工艺技术进行了总结 ,还对气田含甲醇污水特点、处理方法、回收甲醇后的污水处置等进行了较详细的讨论。
In the exploitation of gas fields, methyl alcohol is often injected to the gas gathering pipelines at wellheads of gas wells to depress creation of gas hydrate. Since most of the injected methyl alcohol is resolved with the free-water of the pipeline, and separated from the gas in the gas gathering station, thus the sewage with methyl alcohol is formed in the gas field. It was not recovered in the domestic gas fields usually. Methyl alcohol is toxic. Discharge of the sewage with methyl alcohol will damage the environment, and will not be allowed even in deserts. The sewage must be processed to be of free-pollution. The methyl alcohol recovering plant in the first gas purification factory of Changqing gas field is the first industrial facility in China. The article introduces the designation and operation of the facility, sums the processing technology of sewage with methyl alcohol. and discusses the characteristics and processing method of the sewage with methyl alcohol. and the disposal of the sewage after methyl alcohol recovering in detail.
