摘要
大牛地气田污水水质总体上呈现高浊度、高矿化度、高腐蚀性、高含铁量及低pH值的"四高一低"的特点,整个预处理水质效果对改善设备运行状况起着至关重要的作用。本文对含甲醇污水预处理工艺所存在的问题进行了重点分析,然后在原设计工艺的基础上进行工艺改造,且对预处理药剂配方重新筛选。结果表明:改造工艺以后预处理水质效果显著,透光率达到90%以上,有效解决了甲醇回收过程中因预处理效果不佳而引起的设备、管线频繁结垢堵塞等问题。
The quality of the effluent in Daniudi gas field has five basic characteristics with high turbidity,high mineralization,high corrosion,high iron content and low PH value,which is the "4 high 1 low".The pretreatment of the water quality effect plays an important role in the following the methanol recovery process.The existing problem of the pretreatment technique with wastewater containing methanol were emphatically analyzes,and then the original technology was reformation and the formulation was re-determination.The results showed that the water quality has obvious effect,and the transmittance reached 90%.During the methanol recovery process,the problems such as the corrupt and dirty of the equipments or pipes caused by ruin pretreatment efficiency were resolved.
