内压圆柱壳内伸式接管补强结构应力分布 被引量:7

摘要 针对内压圆柱形容器大开孔率内伸式接管补强结构,进行了三维线弹性有限元应力分析,得到内压圆柱壳内伸式接管补强结构的应力分布规律。以DXF格式文件为中介,用数学方法自动生成的有限元计算模型是可靠的,应用这个模型进行有限元分析可以得到内压圆柱壳内伸式接管补强结构的应力集中系数,为研究其应力集中系数规律奠定了基础。 ?For the cylindrical shells subject to internal pressure,the junction of the shell and nozzle extending inside of opening is studied by threedimensional linearelastic analysis.The distribution law of the stresses in this field is obtained.The finite element model is established automatically by mathematical method with DXF form.The results of analysis prove that the method above is validAn efficacious way for numerical model is provided.Based on the finite element analysis for the junction of the shell and nozzle of extending inside of opening, the stress concentration factors are calculated.
