摘要 本文针对内压圆柱壳大开孔率平齐式开孔接管结构 ,进行了三维线弹性有限元应力分析、研究。有限元计算和电测应力分析的结果表明 ,用电阻应变测量方法测量到的是应变片长度范围内应力场的平均值 ,而得不到该区域内的最大应力值 ;以DXF格式文件为中介 ,用数学方法自动生成的有限元计算模型是可靠的 ,能够保证开孔区域内的单元都是比较规整、均匀的六面体单元 ,可以使用不协调位移模式 ,应用这个模型进行有限元分析可以得到内压圆柱壳大开孔率开孔平齐式接管结构的应力集中系数。 For the cylindrical shells subject to internal pressure with large nozzle-to-cylinder diameter ratio condition,the nozzle-reinforced structure are studied by three-dimensional linear-elastic analysis.The finite element method and the strain-gauging method are applied in this work to examine the distributions at reinforced area.Some valuable conclusions are arrived.It is shown that the peak stress can not be measured by strain-gauging method,and the average values of steep stress field nearby the measured point are obtained.The finite element model is established automatically by mathematical method with DXF form.The results of analysis and experiment prove that the method above is valid.This work provides an efficacious way for numerical model.Based on the finite element analysis for the nozzle-reinforced structure,the stress concentration factors are calculated.
