摘要
对接管纵向弯矩作用下 3台具有不同d/D接管的圆柱形容器开孔结构进行了试验研究 ,考察开孔 接管区的变形及其弹性应力分布情况。研究结果表明 ,筒体和接管纵向截面两侧的应力分布都呈现一定的对称性 ,应力集中的范围十分有限 ,且随着d/D的增加 ,同一载荷下结构的最大应力值逐渐下降 。
An experimental study for 3 cylindrical shells with a different d/D ratio opening nozzle was done. It's objective is to provide a detailed stress distribution in the vicinity of nozzle-cylindrical shells. Results indicate that the stress distribution of shell and nozzle shows the bilateral symmetry in the longitudinal plane. The scope of stress concentration is limited. Under the same load, the maximum stress decreased and the ratio of stress didn't vary during the ratio of d/D increasing.
