摘要
管理的重要性和管理作为一门科学已逐步得到越来越多的人的认可，在我国管理科学近年来也得到长足进展，但回顾管理研究走过的路，我们不得不承认在认识上、研究上和实践中还存在许多问题。本文中作者结合自己的研究体会论述了对管理研究若干问题的认识，如管理的概念；管理研究的内容、境界和方法论、管理理论的特殊性及其评价标准等等，目的是促进我国管理研究的进一步规范化和深入实际。
The importance and scientific characteristics of management have been widely recognized. The studyand development of management science in China have gotten a lots of achievements. But reconsidering the process of the management development, we can't deny there are many problems in theory and practice. Based onmany years theoretical study and practical experience, the author made a systematic analysis and discussion onseveral problems of management and its studies, such as the concept of management, scientific and art properties of management, the function and position of management, the mission of management study, the philosophy and methodology of management study, management theory and its specialityand so on.
