摘要
管理创新是第三次产业革命之后 ,管理学革命的必然结果 ,是第三次产业革命之后实践的产物 ,现在反过来又成为指导管理实践的理论和措施。正确认识管理创新的作用、地位和价值 ,有助于正确运用管理创新指导实践。运用理性抽象上升到理性具体的方法对这些方面给予确切的理性规定 。
Management innovation is an inevitable outcome of the revolution in management science and the management practice after the Third Industrial Revolution. Now it has become a theory and measure that can be used to guide management practice. A correct understanding of the role, place, and value of management innovation is helpful to its correct application to management practice. In this paper, an attempt is made to give a rational definition of the role, place, and value of management innovation so as to guide management practice from the perspective of methodology.
