摘要
本文首先分析了对技术进行伦理评价的可能性和必要性。在此基础上,从人的利益、价值观的角度对技术的伦理评价的本质和特点作了初步分析,指出技术的伦理评价的本质是人们对自身利益的终极关怀,是对人性、人的利益和价值观的评价。对技术的伦理评价具有过程性、多元性和差异性、历史性和具体性的特点。
This paper first analyzes the possibility and necessity of making ethical evaluation of technology. On this basis, it discusses the essence and features of ethical evaluation of technology from the perspectives of human interest and values. It argues that ethical evaluation of technology is, in fact, a judgment passed on humanity, human interest and human values, pointing to the ultimate concern for human interest. It holds that ethical evaluation of technology is characterized by staged-ness, diversity, historicity and concreteness.
