摘要
本文基于21世纪管理理念、思维和管理模式变化特点与趋势的分析,给出了21世纪我国管理科学研究发展的态势和目标,提出了管理科学研究发展的应对策略与措施。
This paper pointed out the situation and aim of China management science development in the new century, based on the analysis of notions, believes and the features and trends of the management practice at the beginning of the new century. And the give the corresponding development strategies and measures were put forward.
