摘要
目的 :探讨用微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗脊柱创伤的效果。方法 :选取2017年1月至2018年8月期间成都市新都区中医医院收治的86例脊柱创伤患者作为研究对象。将这些患者分为研究1组和研究2组,每组各有43例患者。对研究1组患者进行常规椎弓根螺钉内固定术,对研究2组患者进行微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术。然后比较两组患者手术的效果。结果:手术后,研究2组患者手术的时间、术毕至下床活动的时间、住院的时间均短于研究1组患者(P <0.05),其术中的出血量少于研究1组患者(P <0.05),其脊柱侧弯的Cobb角小于研究1组患者(P <0.05),其椎体水平移位、椎体高度丢失的发生率及并发症的发生率均低于研究1组患者(P <0.05)。结论 :用微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗脊柱创伤的效果较为理想。
objective:to investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation for spinal trauma.Methods:86 patients with spinal trauma admitted to xindu district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in chengdu from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into study 1 and study 2 groups,each with 43 patients.Patients in study group 1 received conventional pedicle screw fixation,and patients in study group 2 received minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation.The results of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:after the operation,the patients of two groups of surgery time,never put off till tomorrow what you can to get out of bed activity time,hospitalization time are short in the study group 1(P<0.05),perioperative blood loss less than in the study group 1(P<0.05),the scoliosis Cobb Angle is less than the group 1(P<0.05),the horizontal displacement of the vertebral bodies,the incidence of vertebral height loss and the incidence of complications than study 1 group of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation is an ideal method to treat spinal trauma.
