摘要
目的:观察强筋活血复元汤对急性踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤患者术后关节功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年2月在新干县人民医院接受手术治疗的急性踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤患者56例,应用计算机按1~56编号分组,对照组全单号,试验组全双号,每组各28例。两组患者均给予骨折内固定手术治疗,对照组患者术后早期给予常规治疗,试验组患者术后早期在对照组治疗的基础上给予强筋活血复元汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、踝关节功能评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score, VAS)、凝血因子[D-二聚体(d-dimers, D-D)、全血血小板计数(platelet count, PLT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen, FIB)]及并发症等。结果:试验组有效率96.43%,对照组有效率为78.57%,试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后踝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗7 d、14 d后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后D-D、PLT、FIB水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为0.00%,对照组并发症发生率为14.28%,试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强筋活血复元汤能促进急性踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤患者术后关节功能恢复,减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To observe the influence of Decoction for Strengthening the Muscles and Activating Blood and Restoring Original Qi on postoperative joint function recovery in patients with acute ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury.Methods:A total of 56 patients with acute ankle fracture combined with triangular ligament injury who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into dfferent groups according to numbers 1-56 by using a computer.The control group had all single numbers,while the experimental group had all double numbers,with 28 cases in each group.Both groups were first treated with internal fixation surgery for fractures.Then the control group received early routine treatment after surgery,while the experimental group received early treatment with Decoction for Strengthening the Muscles and Activating Blood and Restoring Original Qi on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ankle joint function score,visual analog score(VAS)for pain,coagulation factors[including d-dimers(D-D),whole blood platelet count(PLT),plasma fibrinogen(FIB)],and complications of two groups were ob-served.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.43%,while that of the control group was 78.57%.The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ankle joint function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group respectively,and all the dfferences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of D-D,PLT,and FIB in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 0.00%,while that in the con
