摘要
目的:探讨强筋活血复元汤对急性踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者术后关节功能及康复进程的影响。方法:选取85例接受内固定术治疗的急性踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为试验组(n=42)和对照组(n=43)。对照组患者接受常规治疗;试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上应用强筋活血复元汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、手术相关指标(手术时间术、术中出血量、住院时间)、踝关节功能恢复情况[踝-后足评分(AOFAS)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、凝血功能[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板计数(PLT)、D二聚体(D-D)水平]及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,试验组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者AOFAS评分、VAS评分及FIB、PLT、D-D水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤采用强筋活血复元汤治疗有助于缓解术后疼痛反应,改善患者凝血功能及踝关节功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of Qiangjin Huoxue Fuyuan Decoction on postoperative joint function recovery and rehabilitation process of patients with acute ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury.Methods:85 patients with acute ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury who received internal fixation were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the experimental group(n=42)and the control group(n=43)according to different treatment plans.Patients in control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group patients were treated with Qiangjin Huoxue Fuyuan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,surgical related indicators(surgical time,intraoperative bleeding,hospital stay),ankle joint function recovery[ankle posterior foot score(AOFAS),visual analogue score(VAS)],coagulation function[fibrinogen(FIB),platelet count(PLT),D-dimer(D-D)levels],and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The AOFAS scores,VAS scores,and FIB,PLT and D-D levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in terms of the incidence rates of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qiangjin Huoxue Fuyuan Decoction is conducive to relieving postoperative pain response and improving coagulation function and ankle function in patients with acute ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury.
