摘要
目的:探讨醒脑治瘫胶囊联合丁苯酞软胶囊对急性脑梗死的有效性分析。方法:选取芜湖市中医医院2020年1月—2021年12月120例脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表格,将所有患者分为对照组(丁苯酞软胶囊+基础治疗)和实验组(醒脑治瘫胶囊+丁苯酞软胶囊+基础治疗)各60例。将2组患者治疗前和治疗后(3个月)血清中总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D二聚体(D-Dimer)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的含量及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)、改良Rankin量表(Modified Rankin Scale,mRS)评分、临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗后,实验组CHOL、TG、LDL-C、FIB、D-Dimer、hs-CRP、HCY的含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数较对照组显著增高,mRS评分较对照组显著降低差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组(83.33%)相比,实验组(93.33%)的临床有效率进一步升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑治瘫胶囊联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死,可以使脑血管危险因素相关实验室指标下降,能显著改善神经功能及生活能力,其疗效确切且安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness analysis of Xingnaozhitan capsule combined with butylphthalide soft capsule on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with cerebral infarction in Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were divided into the control group(butyphthalide soft capsule + basic treatment) and the experimental group using a random number table.(Xingnaozhitan capsule + butylphthalide soft capsule + basic treatment) 60 cases each.Serum total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),fibrinogen(FIB),D dimer(D-Dimer),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(HCY) content,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score,Barthel index(Barthel index,BI),modified Rankin Scale(Modified Rankin Scale,mRS) score,and clinical efficacy were compared.Results:After treatment,the contents of CHOL,TG,LDL-C,FIB,D-Dimer,hs-CRP,and HCY in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the NIHSS score and Barthel index of the experimental group were significantly higher,and the mRS score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(83.33%),the clinical effective rate of the experimental group(93.33%) further increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaozhitan Capsules combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can reduce the laboratory indicators related to cerebrovascular risk factors,and can significantly improve neurological function and living ability.Its efficacy is definite and safe.
