摘要
目的 分析急性脊柱创伤诊断及手术治疗方法。方法 选取74例急性脊柱创伤患者进行观察,所有患者均予以X线、CT、MRI检查,行椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果 患者的术中出血量为100-150 ml,平均术中出血量为（126.7±10.3）ml,所有患者在6-10 d内均顺利出院,平均住院时间为（8.1±2.2）d。结论 急性脊柱创伤可以用采取X线、CT、MRI检查等多种方法进行诊断,应用椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and surgical treatment of acute spinal trauma. Methods 74 cases of acute spinal trauma patients were selected and observed, all patients were given X-ray, CT, MRI, they were given pedicle screw fixation treatment, the curative effect was observed. Results Bleeding volume was 100-150 ml, average blood loss was（126.7 ± 10.3） ml, all patients within 6-10 d were discharged, the average hospital stay was（8.1 ± 2.2） d. Conclusion Acute spinal trauma can be taken by X-ray, CT, MRI and other examination methods for diagnosis, application of pedicle screw fixation, significant effect.
