摘要
为了研究碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的基本力学性能,利用普通混凝土力学性能试验方法,研究了混凝土立方体抗压强度(f_(cu))、轴心抗压强度(f_c)、劈裂抗拉强度(f_(sp))以及弹性模量(E_c)等基本力学参数。结果表明:(1)在一定范围内,碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土立方体抗压强度随水灰比的降低而提高。(2)碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土立方体抗压和劈裂抗拉强度、轴心抗压强度存在着线性关系。(3)碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土具有更高的劈裂抗拉强度和轴心抗压强度,抗裂性能优异。(4)在C30~C60,碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的弹性模量随着抗压强度的增长而增长。高强时,弹性模量明显高于普通硅酸盐混凝土。碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土在结构设计方面优于普通硅酸盐混凝土。
In order to study the basic mechanical properties of basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete,different intensity levels of the basic mechanical properties of basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete were measured by using the conventional concrete mechanics performance test method.Basic mechanical parameters of cube compressive strength( f_(cu)),axial compressive strength( f_c),splitting tensile strength( f_(sp)) and elastic modulus( E_c) were analyzed. The result shows that:( 1)in a certain range,compressive strength of the basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete decreases with the decline of water and cement ratio.( 2) The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength,axial compressive strength have linear relationships.( 3) The basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete has higher tensile strength and compressive strength,and basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete has better anti-cracking performance.( 4) Elastic modulus of the basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete increase with the compressive strength between C30 and C60. When the compressive strength is high,the elastic modulus is higher than that of ordinary portland concrete( PO. C). Magnesium sulfate is better than ordinary portland concrete in structural design.
