摘要
为研究混凝土强度与试验方法关系,以某连续梁桥节段施工主梁为对象,利用立方体抗压强度与回弹强度试验分别采集了443组与315组的样本,并对样本数据进行统计分析。结果表明,该桥的混凝土立方体抗压强度与回弹强度均达到设计要求,并小于相关规范规定值。回弹强度明显低于立方体抗压强度,但其方差与变异系数要小于立方体抗压强度,说明制作试件人为因素影响大于施工及养护质量及受外界环境因素,混凝土回弹强度更能体现工程实际质量。
For studying the relation between test method and concrete strength, in the girder segment construction of a continuous girder bridge as an object, collected samples of 443 group and 315 respectively for using the cube compressive strength test and the rebound strength test, and has carried on the statistical analysis on the sample data.The results show that the concrete cube compressive strength and the rebound strength to meet the design requirements in this bridge, and less than the relevant specification specified value. The rebound strength significantly lower than the cube compressive strength, but its variance and coefficient of variation is smaller than what the cube compressive strength is, artificial influences of making test block is greater than the impact of quality of construction, maintenance and external environment factors, therefore it shows more that concrete rebound strength can reflect the quality of engineering practice.
